摘　　要：目的:探讨蛋白质膳食管理对腹膜透析病人血浆蛋白的影响。方法:随机抽取在我院进行腹膜透析的社保病人40例,并将其随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组除进行口头宣教外,还根据病人体重、饮食习惯,制定具体的蛋白质摄入方案;对照组则只进行口头宣教。实施管理后每月复查血浆蛋白。结果:实施蛋白质膳食管理10个月后,实验组第1个月和第2个月病人的总蛋白值和白蛋白值与管理前相比较没有统计学意义(P>0.05),从第3个月起病人的总蛋白值和白蛋白值与管理前相比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),而其球蛋白值在管理前后的差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组病人的总蛋白值、白蛋白值和球蛋白值在管理前后的差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对腹膜透析病人实行长期的蛋白质膳食管理可有效提高病人的血浆蛋白。Objective： To study the controlling protein diet on patients with CAPD. Metnoa：40 cases patients with social - security were drawoff. They were divided into experiment group and control group. The intake plan of protein diet were made according to the patient＇s weight and dietary customary except the education orally in experiment group, while, In control group. The education orally were took only. And then determined the plasma protein monthly after controlling. Result： There＇s no satistically significance in total protein and albumin （P 〉0.05 ） in the first and second month after 10 months protein diet controlling, comparing with before controlling in experiment group, on the contrary, there＇s difference in the third month （P 〈0.05 ）. There＇s no difference in globulin before and after controlling （ P 〉0.05 ）. In control group there＇s no statiscally difference in total protein, albumin and globulin comparing before and after controlling （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： It can improve the level of plasma protein of patients with CAPD after the long - term protein diet controlling.
