沐舒坦鼓室注射治疗分泌性中耳炎临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察沐舒坦鼓室注射后对分泌性中耳炎伴中耳积液变化的影响,为分泌性中耳炎的治疗提供指导和依据。方法:将分泌性中耳炎患者随机分成治疗组(63例)和对照组(60例),使用回抽方法先抽出中耳积液,然后将勃林格殷格翰公司生产的沐舒坦注射液和地塞米松注射液各0.5ml注入鼓室。结果:治疗组与对照组比较有统计学意义。结论:沐舒坦鼓室注射治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the change of the media auris intratympanic injection of ambroxol, provide the guidance and the evidence for treatment of secretory otitis media. Method： 123 patients with secretory otitis media,63 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group, comparison group. Pumpback the middle ear effusion, then intratympanic injection with 0.5ml Ambroxol and 0.5ml dexamethasone. Result： There was statistic significance in contrast treatment group with control group. Conclusion： Ambroxol is very effective for the treatment of secretory otitis media.
