摘　　要：目的:探讨自制贴脐膏贴敷脐部治疗小儿腹泻的疗效,并介绍相应的护理对策。方法:将76例腹泻患儿随机分成2组,治疗组予贴脐膏贴敷脐疗法,对照组予西医常规对症支持治疗。结果:治疗组疗程明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:贴脐膏贴敷脐部治疗小儿腹泻效果显著。Objective： To probe into the curative effect that the infant diarrhea is treated by plastering the self - made navel - applied plaster on navel, then introducing the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Method： The total of 76 cases infants with diarrhea were at randomly divided into two 2 goups. The treatment group was treated by plastering the navel - applied plaster and control group was treated by the routine western medicine. Result： The course in treatment group was obviously shorter than that in control group （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： It is effective that the infant diarrhea is treated by plastering the navel -applied plaster on navel.
