摘  要:以含锶废渣为原料,经浸取、净化、合成等步骤制备高纯碳酸锶产品。通过实验确定了最佳制备条件。浸取的条件:温度为80℃、时间为4h、调节溶液pH≈3;净化的条件:反应温度为95℃、反应时间为3h、调节溶液pH≈11;合成的条件:反应温度为60℃、反应时间为2h、碳铵量过量20%为宜。实验制备的SrCO3产品纯度99.2%,达到了要求。High purity of strontium carbonate products have been prepared by extraction, purification, synthesis etal, using the strontium-containing refuse. The optimum conditions have been determined by experiment as follows: the extraction conditions: the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the reaction time is 4 hours and the value of pH is about 3; the purification conditions: the reaction temperature is 95 ℃,the reaction time is 3 hours and the value of pH is about ll;the synthesis conditions : the reaction temperature is 60 ℃, the reaction time is 2 hours and the proper quantity of ammonium bicarbonate is 20%. The purity of the strontium carbonate prepared by this experiment can reach 99.2%, up to the related standard.
