摘 要:月季采用单芽嫩枝扦插繁殖,生根成活率达92%以上,繁殖速度比传统扦插方法高1倍以上。带有3~5片小叶的插穗生根时间短、根量多。初始根多发生在与叶片同侧的插穗切面区域。It was available to propagate rose by means of cutting with one node segments of soft shoots,the survial rate was over 92%,the propagation rate being double or more of the usual methods.It was important with leaves in rooting of cuttings,a cutting with 3 5 leaflets produced more roots in shorter time.The first root appeared more probably in the same side of the cutting with the leaf.
