摘　　要：主要介绍了汽车零件的尺寸误差和形位误差及其配合误差对汽车前轮定位的影响,进而介绍了受前轮定位影响最大的参数——侧滑量。经过多年的实践证明,只有逐一测定主销主后倾角、主销、内倾角、车轮外倾角、前束数值,进行综合分析,并予以校正和更换,就能从根本上解决前轮定位问题。This paper mainly introduces the effect of automobile parts dimension error, shape and position error, fitting error on front wheel alignment. The Sideslip which is affected by front wheel alignment is introduced.Many years practice shows that to measure major pin back inclined-angle and internal inclined-angle and wheel external inclined-angle one by one and to perform comprehensive analysis and correct or change will solve the problem from the base.
