丙硫磷对松墨天牛和马尾松毛虫的药效试验

摘　　要：用胃毒法测定丙硫磷对松墨天牛成虫的ＬＣ５０为１１８．０３×１０－６，丙硫磷在松枝上的渗透性较强，且耐雨水冲刷，在野外用２０００×１０－６的丙硫磷喷洒松树，１１ｄ后接天牛成虫，死亡率为８８．９％。用喷雾法测定丙硫磷、敌杀死、丙敌混剂（内含４０％丙硫磷１０份，２．５％敌杀死１份）对马尾松毛虫３龄幼虫的ＬＣ５０为５６．８２×１０－６，０．１７７×１０－６，７．５２×１０－６，丙敌混增效约１．５３倍。The LC 50 value for stomach toxicity of Prothiophos(PTP) to adults of Monochamus alternatus was 118 03×10 -6 .PTP showed powerful permeability into the twigs of pine trees and powerful endurance to washing of rain water.The pine trees were treated with 2 000×10 -6 of PTP in the field,after 11th day,mortality of the adults of M. alternatus of feeding on the twigs of treated pine was 88 9%.The LC 50 values for spraying metode measurement of PTP,Decis and mixed PTP Decis(inner:40%PTP10,2 5% Decis 1)to the 3rd instar larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus were 56 82×10 -6 ,0 177×10 -6 ,7 52×10 -6 ,the toxic effect of mixed PTP Decis was 1 5 times higher than that of PTP or Decis.
