摘　　要：对羟基苯甲酸丁酯即尼泊金丁酯，是国际上采用的最安全有效的防腐剂之一。本品为白色、无臭无味、非刺激性的粉末结晶，安全、高效，对霉菌、酵母与革兰氏阳性、阴性菌等有广泛的抗菌作用，可食用，对人体无害，还具有优良的生物降解性能。广泛应用于中草药、中成药剂等医药的配制，也可用于医疗器械消毒，以及注射剂、眼药水、软膏、冻膏、糖浆等的防腐。Butyl p-hydroxy benzoate can be obtained by the esterification of p-hydroxy benzoic acid with n-butanol in ionic liquid in the presence of molybdovanadophosphoric heteropoly acid as catalyst.Several factors which affect the esterification were investigated and the optimum conditions of the reaction were determined in this article.Under the optimum conditions of our work,the yield of the butyl p-hydroxy benzoate may be up to 96% with purity of 99.5%.
