固相萃取高效液相色谱法检测蔬菜水果中的唑螨酯残留

摘　　要：建立了一种简单、快速、有效的适用于柑桔中唑螨酯残留的检测方法。样品经过甲醇初提取,正己烷二次萃取,中性氧化铝固相萃取柱净化后,采用高效液相色谱法-紫外检测器检测,外标法定量分析唑螨酯残留量。方法的加标回收率为87.8%—95.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.3%—7.1%,方法的检出限为0.02mg/kg。A simple,fast and efficient method was proposed for determination of fenpyroximate residue in orange with extraction of methanol, re-extraction by n-hexane and cleanup by neutral alumina solid phase extraction column. HPLC with UV detector was used for subsequent analysis. External standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Good results with respect to recovery （87.8%- 95.4%） ,RSD（5.3%-7.1%） and wide linear range were obtained. The limit of detection （LOD） for fenpyroximate were 0.02mg/kg.
