摘　　要：济钢中厚板厂滚动式双边剪采用了APC控制技术和模型控制方法,介绍了控制系统的配置、控制原理、主要功能的实现过程及为保证剪切精度采取的措施。APC技术使用后,剪切质量大幅改善,生产率提高40%。The APC control technique and model control method were used in double side shear of Plate Plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd.. The configuration, principle and main functions of the APC control system were introduced. The shearing quality was obviously improved, and the productivity was increased 40 %.
