摘　　要：本文采用实地调查与数理统计的有关方法,对学校和部分院系的行政办公用电进行抽样调查,根据用电器数量及用电规律统计用电量与实际用电量对比,分析目前高校行政办公用电管理模式中的弊端及不足,提出了以单位编制为核心的用电配额模型。Based on such methods as on-the-spot investigation and statistics, this paper made a sample investigation of utilization of office electricity in the school and some departments and colleges. According to the number of electric appliances and electricity laws, this paper analyzed the defects and inadequacy of management mode of office electricity utilization and put forward the electricity allocation model centered on each unit of the whole school.
