摘  要:SPJ900/32型架桥机是900t级箱梁架桥机,至2007年10月该型机已在京津城际轨道工程架设箱梁600多片,在武广和郑西客运专线架设箱梁100多片。该型机全长67.5m,宽18.2m,高11.9m,整机自重512t,适用架设跨度32m、24m及20m的铁路客运专线通用箱梁。SPJ900/32型架桥机采用两孔连续双主梁结构形式,重心低、稳定性好,采用悬臂过孔方式,简捷可靠,平稳安全。整机架梁作业程序简单,便于施工人员掌握,架设速度快,在严密的施工组织下,1天可以架设5片箱梁,最快架设速度为110min架好1片箱梁。Model SPJ900/32 bridge erector is a kind of box beam bridge erector in 900 tonnage class. Untill Oct. 2007, the machine has erected more than six hundreds pieces of box beams in Beijing-Tianjin City Railway construction, one hundred more in Wuhan-Guangdong and Zhengzhou-Xian passenger railways. The machine is 67.5m long, 18.2m wide and 11.9m high, 512t in weight and suitable to erect universal box beams of 32m, 24m and 20m span in passenger railway construction. The bridge erector adopts a structure type of dual apertures, dual continuous beams to present low gravity center and better stability. Its cantilever through aperture type is simple, reliable, stable and safe. Its beam erecting process is simple for operators and high in productivity. Under strict construction management, five pieces of box beams can be erected in one day and the highest erecting rate is one piece in 110 minutes.
