摘  要:为解决重型备胎的起落以及当前备胎架应用中存在的起落质量小、翻转角度小和高位置起落困难等问题,开发了一种新型双液压缸翻转式重型备胎架,该机构由固定架、中间架、翻转架、液压缸及电动液压泵等组成,备胎通过备胎器固定在旋转架上,装卸备胎依靠两个液压缸的伸缩按先后顺序推拉中间架和翻转架来完成。在系统上设有多重安全装置,且操作简单、维修方便。通过试制备胎架,达到了起落质量大和翻转角度大于180°的设计要求,在液压系统辅助下可迅速方便地进行高位置起落,完全满足实际应用需求,具有很高的实用价值和推广前景。In order to fulfill heavy spare tire lifting and solve the problems of low lifting mass, small turnover angle and uneasy lifting on high position in present spare tire frames, a new type heavy spare tire frame turnover with dual hydraulic cylinder is developed. The mechanism is composed of fixed frame, middle frame, turnover frame, hydraulic cylinders and electric hydraulic pump. The spare tire is fixed on a rotating frame with spare tire machine and loading/unloading spare tire are done by extracting/contacting the two hydraulic cylinders to push/pull the middle frame and turnover frame in sequence. Multi safety mechanisms are equipped on the system and they are easy to operate and simple to maintain. In trial production, design requirements of large lifting mass and turnover angle larger than 180°were realized. Under hydraulic system assistance, lifting on high position is accomplished rapidly and easily. Application requirement is fully met and high practical value and promotion prospect are presented.
