摘 要:根据《小麦植物新品种测试指南》的要求,本研究应用SDS-PAGE电泳方法,对79个测试品种及其近似品种进行了高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基分析。结果表明,申请品种和近似品种的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基存在着丰富的变异,在Glu-A1、Glu-B1、Glu-D1三个位点有12种变异类型,共检测出17个不同类型的亚基组合。利用这一性状,能够将约占69.6%的测试品种与近似品种区分开。和形态学性状相比,麦谷蛋白高分子量亚基表达状态多,表达稳定,遗传机制明确,可作为小麦品种测试中重要的高辨别力性状。High molecular weight glutenin subunit (HMW-GS) in 177 wheat applicant varieties and reference varieties were analyzed by SDS-PAGE based on Guidelines for the Conduct of distinctness, uniformity and stability (DUS) for Wheat ( Triticum aestivum L. ). High variation for HMW-GS was found among applicant varieties and reference varieties. 12 alleles were detected at Glu-A 1 ,Glu-B 1 and Glu-D 1 ,and 17 subunit combinations were identified. There were 69.6% applicant varieties which cauld be distinguished from their reference varieties. Compared with morphological characters, HMW-GS is an ideal character for DUS testing because of its polymorphism of states,stable expression and clear genetic interpretation.
