温度对转基因油菜雄性不育系15A花器官形态及育性的影响

摘　　要：以转基因油菜雄性不育系1599A为材料,通过连续14d对15A的花器官形态及育性进行观察,结果表明:转基因雄性不育系15A花器官形态变化不显著,镜检未发现有可育花粉,不育性彻底。Taking the transgenic male sterile line 15 A of rapeseed （Brassica napus） as material, By means of continue fourteen days observation on flower morphologic and fertility of 15 A. The results showed that the change of Transgenic Brassica napus male sterile line 15 A was inapparent, microscopic examination undiscovered normal pollen, It was obvious that the male sterility was quite.
