摘  要:本试验采用不同的辐射剂量(10Gy、20Gy、30Gy、40Gy、50Gy、60Gy、70Gy、80Gy、90Gy、100Gy、300Gy、600Gy、900Gy、1200Gy)对两个烤烟品种(云烟85、K326)进行辐射处理,它们为2005年的留种。以未辐射的处理作为对照,标记为ck,在26℃条件下进行培养,结果显示:(1)在26℃条件下,10Gy是两个烤烟品种的最适辐射剂量;(2)从最适辐射剂量条件下的两个烤烟品种比较来看,K326的种子活力优于云烟85,两者相比较,发芽势、发芽率在辐射剂量大于600Gy后都开始呈急剧下降趋势。说明两个品种的抗辐射的能力相当。Two flue-cured tobacco cultivar were irradiated by fourteen irradiation doses . The two flue-cured tobacco cuhivars were yunyan 85, K 326, and the irradiation dose included 10 Gy,20 Gy,30 Gy,40 Gy,50 Gy,60 Gy,70 Gy,80 Gy,90 Gy, 100 Gy,300 Gy,600 Gy,900 Gy, 1 200 Gy. These seeds were harvested in 2005. The treatment that was not irradiated was taken as control. All seeds (treatments) germinated respectively at 26 %. The results showed that: ( 1 ) 10 Gy was the fittest irradiation dose for four cultivar at 26 % ; (2) The comparison for cultivar at the fittest irradiation dose showed : seed vitality of K 326 was better than that of yunyan 85. The energy and rate of germination declined fleetly from above 600 Gy at 26 %. The facts indicated two eultivars had equivalent radiation resisting ability.
