摘 要:目的研究黄花石蒜乙醇提取物不同萃取部位对阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法选用昆明种小鼠,皮下注射东莨菪碱(2mg/kg)制备AD小鼠模型,通过Y型水迷宫实验来观察提取物不同部位对AD模型小鼠学习记忆的影响。结果与模型组比较,黄花石蒜生物碱高剂量组(66.7g生药/kg)和低剂量组(33.3g生药/kg)均能明显缩短AD模型小鼠Y水迷宫测试的潜伏期(P<0.05),减少其上岸错误次数(P<0.05),明显改善小鼠学习记忆。结论黄花石蒜抗AD活性的有效部位是生物碱部位。Objective To screen active fractions of Lycoris aurea for anti-Alzheimer's disease. Methods AD model mice were made by hypodermic :injection scopolamine. Then the mice were divided into eight groups. The mice were orally administrated with different doses of different extracts of Lycoris anrea for 50 days. The learning-memory abilities were detected on 25,50 d by Y-maze swimming testing. Results Compacted with model group,the learning-memory abilities of the mice treated with alkaloid part were better, and the delitescence to reach destination were obviously shorter (P 〈 0. 05 ), the error times of getting to ashore were remarkably decreased (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Alkaloid part is the effective fraction of Lycoris anrea.
