北京城市丧偶老人抑郁症状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨北京市城市丧偶老人抑郁症状及其影响因素。方法利用2006中国城乡老年人口状况追踪调查数据和老年抑郁短量表(GDS-15)为评定工具。结果丧偶老人抑郁症状检出率是有偶老人的2倍。年龄、上学年数、常感到孤独、经济无保障、有慢性疾病和日常生活需要照料可以预测城市丧偶老人抑郁症状变异的37%。结论缺乏亲情关爱、日常生活需要照料和经济无保障的丧偶老人更易出现抑郁情绪。Objective To analyze depression symptoms and their related factors in urban widowed elderly in Beijing. Methods Longitudinal survey data of the aged population in China in 2006 and the Chinese version of the 15-item Geriatfie Depression Scale （ GDS- 15 ） wese used. I Results The detected rate of depression in urban widowed elderly was twiee as much as the elderly people with spouses. Age, edueation, feeling lonely, no economie security, ehronie diseases and the eare of daily needs predieted 37% variation of depression symptoms. Conclusions Depression symptoms are elosely related to the widowed elderly with laek of family love, eare of daily needs and no economie security.
