摘 要:本文从成本、生态景观及施工工艺3个方面,建立了平原河道生态型护坡的评价指标体系。另外,引入模糊集理论,依据经典TOPSIS方法的基本思想,建立了基于TOPSIS的模糊多属性决策模型。用以对工程的方案进行优选决策。该评价体系和决策模型应用于沈阳市浑河生态护坡工程方案优选,结果表明,评估结果能较好地反映平原河道生态型护坡的特点并符合当地河道的实际情况。Base on engineering practices and design principles, an indicator system for assessment and the decision-making method for determining the priority of alternatives of eco-type revetment projects in plain river were proposed. The assessment indicator system was established by utilizing the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process and composed of the criteria in three categories including the cost, ecolandscape pattern and technique of construction. The technique of order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) was introduced to combine with the fuzzy set theory to establish a model for normalizing the quantitative value for decision making. The proposed assessment and decision-making method was applied to scheme optimization of eco-type revetment project for the Hunhe River section in Shenyang City. The result demonstrates that the model is feasible and the assessment conclusion correctly reflects the characteristics of the river section.
