摘 要:轮胎压力是影响轮胎性能的重要参数。轿车在轮胎压力不足或者过高的状况下行使,不但导致轮胎过热和影响轿车的操纵,增加了爆胎的可能性,而且降低轮胎的寿命和燃油效率。轮胎压力监测系统通过监测轮胎内部的压力、温度和车轮运动状态,使得在一个或者多个轮胎出现压力异常时能够自动地向驾驶员发出警告。本文设计了一种基于无线传感器和CAN总线的直接式轮胎压力监测系统,包括:总体方案、硬件设计、软件设计、抗干扰设计。经大量的实验室台架实验和实况路面车载测试表明:该系统总线通信无误帧,无线信号传输可靠,轮胎内部监测准确及时。Tire pressure is a very important parameter that affects tire performance in real driving conditions. Driving on a significantly under-inflated or over-inflated tire not only causes the tire overheating and may affect vehicle handling and increases the likelihood of tire blowout, but also reduces fuel efficiency and tire tread life. Thus it is necessary to equip a car with a tire pressure monitoring system that illuminates the tire pressure telltale when one or more of the car tires are significantly abnormal. A direct passenger car tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) is designed in this paper. Based on wireless sensor and control area network (CAN) bus, the overall control scheme, hardware design, software design, and anti-interference design of the system are presented. The bench test in the lab and the vehicle-carrying test show that the CAN bus communication is stable, the wireless communication is reliable, and the TPMS is capable of providing an adequate and timely warning to the driver.
