摘 要:提出一种基于非色散性红外检测技术的非毒化红外瓦斯传感器检测系统。它利用瓦斯气体对某一特定波长红外光吸收性能与瓦斯浓度之间存在的确定关系,通过测定特定波长红外光被吸收的程度反映瓦斯浓度值的原理进行工作。详细介绍了非色散性红外吸收气体检测原理,分析了脉动光源与热电探测器信号及热电探测器信号与气体浓度之间的关系,给出了瓦斯浓度的实用测量算法及传感器检测系统的软硬件设计方案。实测结果表明,该传感器检测系统具有标定周期长、测量精度高、不受其他气体影响和不会产生催化中毒等特点,其各项性能指标均已达到实际应用要求。A non-poisoning infrared methane sensor detection system based on non-dispersive infrared detection principle is presented. This technique relies on the fact that the target gas has a unique, well-defined absorption characteristic within the infrared region of electromagnetic spectrum. It is used to detect the presence and concentration of methane gas. The non-dispersive infrared gas detection principle is introduced in detail, the relationships among pulsed light source, pyroelectric detector signal and gas concentration are analyzed. A practical algorithm of gas concentration is presented. The hardware and software design schemes of methane sensor detection system are given. Experiments show that the sensor detection system has a long calibration period, high precision, non-poisoning, good environmental adaptability, and its main performance specification satisfies the requirement of practical applications.
