摘 要:基于整个输电网的行波故障定位方法,综合网络中各变电站测量到的故障行波到达时刻计算故障点位置,能有效提高定位结果的精度和可靠性。文中基于该方法,设计了基于网络的故障行波定位软件。包括故障计算单元、数据库管理单元、GPRS(通用分组无线电业务)无线通信单元、故障信息发布单元。实现了全网故障定位计算、分散分布的行波定位装置与故障定位主机之间GPRS无线通信、全网故障信息数据的管理以及基于Web的故障信息发布等功能。现场运行表明,该软件稳定可靠,定位准确,完全符合工程要求。The network-based traveling wave fault location system determining the fault point by fusing the wave arrival times recorded by all fault location devices in power grid can improve the reliability and precision of fault location effectively. The fault network-based traveling wave fault location software, including fault calculation unit, database management unit, GPRS wireless communication unit and fault information publication unit, is therefore designed. The fault calculation unit calculates the fault point according to the network-based algorithm. The GPRS wireless communication unit achieves the communication between fault location devices and fault calculation center. The database is constructed with SQL Server 2000 to store and query the grid fault data and fault location result simply. The fault information publication unit is based on Browser/Server mode. The software has been applied in a real power grid fault location system, and the practical operations show that the software is with high reliability.
