摘 要:探讨微多孔聚酯纤维织物的吸湿和快干性能。经纱采用低弹网络丝,纬纱采用微多孔聚酯短纤纱,并采用不同的组织结构设计了4种微多孔聚酯织物。测试了4种织物的芯吸高度和快干性能。结果表明,用微多孔聚酯纤维纱生产微多孔聚酯织物的工艺要点在于严格控制后整理工艺;在实际生产中,合理设计织物紧度、织物组织等参数,能提高织物的液态水传递能力;通常吸湿性能好的织物其快干性能也比较好。Moisture absorption and quick-drying property of micro porous polyester fabric were discussed. Low-elastic interlaced filament was adopted as warp and micro porous polyester short fibre yarn was adopted as weft, different fabric structure were adopted and 4 kinds of micro porous polyester fabric were designed. Wicking height and quick-drying property of 4 kinds of fabric were tested. The result shows that key points of using micro porous polyester fibre to produce micro porous fabric lie on controlling finishing processing strictly. In practical production fabric liquid delivering ability could be improved through designing fabric tightness and fabric structure et al. Fabric that commonly have better moisture absorption also have better quick-drying properly.
