摘 要:探讨芯纱含量对棉型中空纱与亚麻交织物服用性能的影响,确定较为理想的芯纱比例。设计了6种棉型中空纱与亚麻交织物和1种普通棉麻交织物,分别测试了7种交织物的强力、硬挺度、透气率、保暖率、芯吸高度,分析了芯纱含量对织物服用性能的影响。通过建立回归模型发现:交织物的强力、硬挺度、透气性、保暖性、吸湿性与芯纱含量之间存在显著的相关关系。当芯纱含量控制在40%左右时,织物的综合性能较优。Effect that core yarn content produced to cotton-type hollow yarn and flax union fabric wearing characteristics were discussed and suitable core yarn content was fixed. 6 kinds of cotton-type hollow yarn flax union fabric and one kind of common cotton flax union fabric were designed. Strength, stiffness, air permeability, heat retention and wicking height of the seven kinds of union fabric were tested respectively and effect of core yarn content to fabric wearing characteristics were analysed as well. Through establishing regression model, it is found out that there are remarkable relationship among strength, stiffness, air permeability, heat retentions, hygroscopicity of union fabric and core yarn content. When core yarn content is controlled about 40% fabric comprehensive characteristics are better.
