摘　　要：为了在梳棉针布老化及使用原棉品质较差的情况下,有效地降低成纱棉结,针对C 14.6 tex品种进行了梳棉机盖板倒转改造的生产实践。分析了盖板倒转的改造原理,介绍了盖板倒转的改造方法。实践表明:梳棉机盖板倒转减少棉结的效果明显,盖板倒转尤其适合使用原棉质量较差并且锡林针布老化的企业进行梳棉机改造。To reduce yarn neps efficiently for reasons of card clothing aging and inferior raw cotton, production practice of carding machine flax reversal modification was carried on 14.6 tex cotton yarn. Modification principles of flax reversal were analysed and the modification methods were introduced as well. The fact shows that neps could be decreased efficiently after adopting carding machine flax reversal, which especially suits to the factory with inferior raw cotton and cylinder clothing aging problem.
