摘 要:探讨整浆联合机的性能特点及其在生产中的应用。通过分析ZLGA801型分条整浆联合机筒子架、浆槽、烘燥机构、传动系统、分条卷绕机构、张力补偿架等机构的特点,对纯棉和涤棉混纺两个品种进行整经、上浆实践,认为:整浆联合机适用于小批量、多品种的色织物的生产;整浆联合机的浆槽及烘筒的纱线覆盖系数较低,有利于设备高速运行;整浆联合机采用的低温上浆工艺解决了浆纱容易产生浆皮的缺点。Characteristics and application of warping-sizing machine in production were discussed. Mechanism characteristics of ZLGA801 sectional warping-sizing machine were analysed, including creel stand, sizing box, drying device, driving systems, sectional winding mechanism and tension compensator. Warping and sizing were carried on two products pure cotton product and polyester cotton blended product. It is considered that warping-sizing machine suits to smaller quantities and multivariate products. Yarn cover factor of warping-sizing machine sizing box and drying can is lower, which is helpful to equipment high-speed operation. Size solidification problem could be resolved when adopting lower temperature sizing processing in warping-sizing machine.
