摘  要:探讨在OMNI-plus-2-p型喷气织机上生产灯芯条的工艺技术措施。针对织造初期经缩、断经、纬停多,织机效率不高的问题,通过优化综平时间、开口动程、综框高度、上机张力等织造工艺参数,并合理配置凸轮和设计穿综、穿筘方法,提高了产品质量和织机效率。Processing technology measures of producing pique strip in OMNI-plus-2-p air-jet loom were discussed. To solve the problem that happened in initial weaving period including warp shrinkage, broken ends, higher weft stoppage and lower loom efficiency, weaving processing parameters were optimized including shed timing, open travel, heald frame height and loom tension et al. The product quality and loom efficiency would be improved through setting cam, designing harness draft and reeding.
