中药990复方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药990复方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将366例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组服用卵磷脂片3粒/次,tid;治疗组服用补脾益肾中药990复方,每日一剂,3个月为一疗程。结果:总有效率对照组为40.43%,治疗组为93.44%(P<0.01);治疗组血脂(TC、TG)、肝功能(ALT、r-GT),B超脂肪肝图像及临床症状等项目的改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:从肝功能、血脂的变化,提示中药990复方有良好的护肝降酶,修复肝组织,恢复肝功能的作用。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine 990 Fufang on non-alcoholic fatty liver. METHODS 366 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were divided into therapeutic group and control group randomly. The control group received lecithin 3 capsules tid. However, the therapeutic group received the Traditional Chinese Medicine 990 Fufang 1 dose a day. The time was 3 months. RESULTS The total effective ratios of control group and the therapeutic group were 40. 43% and 93.44% respectively, TC, TG, ALT, r-GT, faty liver image of B ultrasonic wave and clinical symptom in the rapeutic group were obviously improved. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 01 ）, and there were no obviously adverse reaction. CONCLUSION The Traditional Chinese Medicine 990 Fufang can protect the liver and reduce enzyme. and can repair the hepatic tissue and liver function.
