摘　　要：针对大功率电弧炉系统负荷容量难以选取的问题,提出了一种基于阈交理论的负荷分析新算法。该算法利用负荷中超容量阈值的数据,采用方差分析方法构造一个阈值能量函数,获得阈值选取的一定依据。通过对负荷数据阈值穿越强度的计算考察并证明所选阈值的有效性。给出了应用该方法的具体步骤,该方法特别适用于具有多台大功率电弧炉的冶金企业系统负荷容量的分析计算。According to the difficulty of selecting the power capacity of high-power electric arc furnaces, this paper presents a new algorithm based on the threshold theory. The energy function of threshold value is constructed by the method of variance analysis, and the base for selecting threshold value is obtained. According to threshold theory, the validity of the solution through calculating the threshold crossing intensity is examined. Detailed steps of this method are provided. This method is valid to calculate the load capacity in iron and steel corperation with several high-power electric arc furnaces.
