摘 要:运用标准k-ε湍流模型对五种不同冷却水出入口结构的水平连铸结晶器冷却水套内冷却水流场进行了计算。通过对五种结构的计算结果进行比较得出,为了提高冷却水对铸坯冷却的均匀程度,在设计冷却水套时应让冷却水垂直于结晶器的轴向切向进入水套,并且采用多入口沿结晶器周边均匀分布的方式。如本试验中的第五种四入口切向进入的水套就明显优于其他几种结构的水套,且其制造工艺并不复杂。The standard k-ε turbulence model was used to calculate the flow field of cooling water in five moulds which had the different importing and exporting structures for horizontal continuous casting. According to the calculating result of the flow-field distribution in several water jackets, which have different structures, some conclusions are drawn: for the purpose of increasing the equality of cooling cast billet, cooling water should be put in the water jacket tangently and the multi-entrance should be distributed around the mould equably. Such as the fifth water jacket in this test which has four entrance is superior to the other water jackets, and its manufacture is not complex.
