摘 要:研究了不同细化剂及其用量对铸态及挤压状态下H65合金的组织结构及性能的影响。结果表明:所研究的两种细化剂对H65合金均有细化效果,细化剂能有效减小铸锭中柱状晶的尺寸,挤压后材料的晶粒尺寸小而均匀。合金的抗拉强度、伸长率均有不同程度的提高,两种细化剂对合金的性能影响程度有所不同,增加细化剂的用量可不断改善合金的力学性能,提高合金的强度,对于挤压状态下合金,当1#细化剂用量为0.01%时,其抗拉强度可达403.7MPa,比未加细化剂的合金材料的抗拉强度提高18.5%;当细化剂用量在0.05%左右时,合金的伸长率为51.2%,提高26.4%;添加细化剂对合金电导率没有明显的影响。The effect of grain refining agents and amount on construction and characteristics of H65 brass in as-cast and extrusion states was investigated. The research shows that both grain refining agents can do well, the size of columnar grains deceases in as-cast and the grains are small and well-distributed in extruded products. Adding refining agent, the tensile strength and elongation increases remarkably. The tensile strength can be enhanced greatly with the increase of refining agent amount. For extruded H65 brass, the tensile strength reaches 403.7MPa by adding 0.01% refining agent (1^#), the tensile strength is improved by 18.5% compared with the alloy without using refining agent. When adding 0.05% refining agent (1^#), the elongation is about 51.2%, which is increased by 26.4% compared with the alloy without using refining agent. Electric conductivity is affected slightly by using the grain refinements.
