摘　　要：论述实行图书馆藏书由政府采购的必然性,重点分析其招标采购方面存在的问题,并根据目前的实际情况为图书馆提供解决思路。This paper analyses the bidding disadvantages, causes and symptom of subsistent problems in the library＇s literature stocking, and puts forward several advices to resolve.
