高效液相色谱法测定复方野葛根胶囊中葛根素的含量

摘　　要：目的 建立复方野葛根胶囊中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法 高效液相色谱法，C18柱，以甲醇-水（25：75）为流动相，流速为0．8ml／min，检测波长为250nm。结果 葛根素在进样量0，102～1．02μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，相关系数为0.9998，平均回收率为99．21％，RSD=0.52％。结论 本方法简便，准确，重现性好，适用于复方野葛根胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish the method for determining the content of puerarln in compound Pueraria lobata capsules. Methods High efficiency liquid chromatography （HPLC） was performed, the Cls column with methanol-water （25 ： 75 ） as the mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 0.8 milliliter per minute and the detective wavelength was 250 namometers. Results The linear range of calibration curve was 0. 102 - 1.02 μg,for the puerarin （ r = 0. 9998）. The average recovery was 99.21% and the RSD was 0. 52% （n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of compound Pueraria lobata capsules.
