论可持续发展观下的我国煤矿城市及衰老矿区产业转型

摘　　要：在资源逐步枯竭的情况下,怎样保持我国煤矿城市及衰老矿区的可持续发展,实现煤矿城市的成功转型,是一项十分艰巨的任务。本文在分析国外资源型城市成功实施产业转型经验的前提下,提出我国煤矿城市及衰老矿区产业转型可以借鉴的三种模式:产业延伸模式、产业更新模式、复合模式。在此基础上,总结了我国煤矿城市及衰老矿区实施产业转型的一些措施与建议。With the gradually exhaustion of resources, how to maintain the sustainable development of our mining cities and exhausted mining district and to realize the successful transformation of mining cities are quite arduous assignments. On the basis of analyzing the successful industry transformation experiences of some aboard resource-dependent cities, three patterns which can be used for industry transformation are proposed in this paper： industry extensible mode. industry updated mode. industry mulriple mode. In conclusion, the authors summarize some measures and suggestions to guarantee the industry transformation successful.
