摘  要:我国石膏矿70%是地下开采,石膏矿地下开采技术及灾害防治措施需要深入研究。本文在总结我国石膏矿地下开采领域已有研究成果的基础上,研究了石膏矿的地下开采方法,分析了长壁选别充填法、崩落采矿法以及空场法的开采技术和安全管理手段。针对我国石膏矿大多采用的开采方法:房柱法,本文提出了房柱法开采时顶板稳定性评价的数学模型,模型中将摩尔-库仑强度准则扩展到受拉段,定义了拉压变形的过渡方式,扩展后的强度准则,可以描述岩体的压剪、拉剪及拉伸等多种破坏模式,可用于石膏矿顶板稳定性分析和评价。在此基础上,分析了石膏矿山地压灾害防治的对策措施。The fact that 70 percent of gypsum mines in our country are underground demands in-depth research on underground mining techniques and damage prevention methods of gypsum mines. On the basis of summarizing already existing research achievements in this field, this paper studied underground mining methods in gypsum mine, analyzed mining techniques and safety managing means in three mining modes. Aimed at pillar-mode that most gypsum mines in our country are in this paper suggested a numerical model to appraise the stability of the upper slab. In this numerical model, Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion was expansively used in tension state, transitional mode of compression and tension was defined, expanded strength criterion could be used both to describe many damage models in rock mass, such as that under compression-shear, tension-shear and tension, and to analyze and appraise stability of upper slab of gypsum mines. Upon that, this paper studied countermeasures to damage caused by geopressure.
