摘　　要：射频电平的测试及修正是自动测试系统研制中的关键技术。本文介绍了自动测试系统中射频电平的测试方法和三种射频电平的修正方法,比较了每种修正方法的优缺点。并通过实例给出其中一种修正方法的具体实现方法。RF level correction and test are the key techniques in development of the automatic test system. One RF level test method and three methods to RF level correction of the automatic test system are introduced in this paper. Both advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared. Realization of one of the correction methods is presented with example.
