摘  要:由足阳明与神志病症的联系出发,探究足阳明经脉与心的配属关系,探讨足阳明经脉与脏腑配属的不同学说。由此研究过程对以《内经》为代表的中医经典教学引发几点启示:①注重对中医学独特的思维方式、理论体系和理论原则的教学;②注重对中医理论形成演变过程及产生原因的阐发;③注重对《内经》中不同学说的理解和阐发。Judging from combination between Foot-Yangming Meridian and diseases of the mind, this paper attempts to explore combination between this meridian and the heart and further discuss different schools of research on between Foot-Yangming Meridian and zang-fu organs. Some suggestions are then made on how to teach classic of Chinese medicine represented by Canon of Internal Medicine. ① Special attention should be given to teaching unique thinking mode, theoretical system and principles of Chinese medicine. ② Formation, development process and reasons for occurrence of Chinese medical theories should be expounded. ③Different understanding and interpretations by different medical schools concerning Canon of Internal Medicine should be stressed.
