摘　　要：徐通锵先生发现不同系统同源音类的叠置,建立叠置式音变类型。作为一般离散式音变中的一种比较特殊的形式,具有一定的理论意义。但在以文白异读作为动因,区分"竞争"和"变化"方式,叠置式音变与离散式音变的差异等理论概括和表述等方面,还值得进一步讨论。Overlapped sound change theory regard as a special sound change type of discrete sound change put forward by Prof. Xu Tong-qiang（徐通锵） have certain theory meanings. But its explanations such as the reason of sound change with variant pronunciation in literary and colloquial readings, distinguishing the way competition and change in the process of sound change, and difference between overlapped sound change and discrete sound change, also need to discuss further.
