摘  要:以木薯品种南洋红、华南205、GR891、华南124、新选056、辐选01、华南5号、新选048为材料,对木薯不同品种生理生化和淀粉积累特性进行研究。结果表明:辐选01、GR891叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、还原糖、蔗糖含量较高,块根淀粉积累早、积累快,淀粉含量较高;而华南124、南洋红叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、还原糖、蔗糖含量较低,块根淀粉积累较迟、积累较慢,淀粉含量较低。华南205、新选056、华南5号、新选048介于前四者之间。可见,木薯叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、还原糖、蔗糖含量与块根淀粉积累有密切关系。The characters of physiology and starch Accumulation of different cassava varieties were studied in this experiment, of which NanYanghong, HuaNan205, GR891, HuaNan124, XinXuan056, FuXuan01, HuaNan5, XinXuan048 were used as materials. The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, reducing sugar and sucrose in the leaves and starch in the root tubers of FuXuan01 and GR891 were higher than that of other varieties, and that of HuaNan124 and NanYanghong was the lowest . It was showed that there were positive correlations between the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein, reducing sugar and sucrose in the leaves and the starch accumulation in the root tubers of cassava.
