摘　　要：通过仙客来水培试验,对营养液的不同氮、磷、钾浓度配方效果进行了比较研究。结果表明:不同氮、磷、钾配比对水培仙客来的植株生长状况、叶绿素含量、根系活力、超氧化歧化酶(SOD)活性和可溶性糖含量都有不同程度的影响,初步筛选出了最佳的氮、磷、钾浓度配方为20mmol/L、3.4mmol/L、7mmol/L,并探讨了仙客来对水培条件的适应性。By means of water planting of Cyclamen persicum, the effects of different concentration combinations of N, P, K were comparatively studied. The results showed that the different proration of N, P, K had different effect on the growth status, content of chlorophyll, root vigor, activities of the SOD and soluble sugar, a preliminary conclusion was made that the most optimum concentration combination of N, P, K was 20 mmol/L, 3.4 mmol/L and 7 mmol/L, and the adaptability of Cyclamen persicum to water planting was also discussed.
