摘 要:研究了叶片喷施不同浓度亚硒酸钠对大蒜光合作用、蒜头产量和品质的影响。结果表明,喷施适宜浓度(500mg·L-1~1000mg·L-1)的亚硒酸钠溶液,可增加大蒜叶片气孔导度(GS),促进二氧化碳(CO2)同化,降低细胞间隙二氧化碳浓度(Ci),提高光合速率(Pn)。因此,产量和蒜头中的维生素C、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物和硒含量显著提高。但喷施浓度过大(超过1500mg·L-1)时,不仅效果下降,而且表现出一定的中毒现象。Effects of folia application of NaSeO3 on photosynthesis of leaves, yield and quality of garlic. The results showed that stomatal conductance (GS) and net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of garlic leaves were increased and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) was decreased by spraying NaSeO3 solution at proper concentration (500 mg·L^-1-1000 mg·L^-1). As a result, yield and contents of vitamine C, soluble carbohydrate, soluble solid substance and selenium in garlic were increased. However, the abovementioned effects were reduced and some toxic symptom occurred when the concentration was over 1 500 mg·L^-1.
