两种工艺制备的前愈颗粒抑菌效果的比较

摘　　要：目的:比较乙醇沉淀和壳聚糖沉淀所制前愈颗粒剂的抑菌效果。方法:采用体外抑菌试验试管两倍稀释法。结果:壳聚糖沉淀制得的前愈颗粒剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、α-溶血性链球菌及白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度小于或等于乙醇沉淀制得的前愈颗粒剂的最低抑菌浓度。结论:用壳聚糖沉淀制得的前愈颗粒剂的抑菌作用强于醇沉法制得的前愈颗粒荆。Objective： To compare the antibacterial effects of Qianyu granules between what was drawn by ethanol and what was flocculated by chitosan. Method： Bacteriostatic test by doubling dilution was adopted in vitro. Result： The mimnum bacteriostatic concentration of Qianyu granules which was flocculate by chitosan for bacillus coli, staphylococcus, staphylococcus epidermidis,α-hemolytic Streptococcus and blastomyces albicans was lower or euqal to that of drawn by ethanol. Conclusion： The antibacterial effects of Qianyu granules which was flocculated by chiltosan were better than granules which was drawn by ethanol.
