摘 要:目的优化新会陈皮总黄酮提取的工艺条件。方法在单因素试验的基础上,以总黄酮含量为指标,采用正交试验方法考察液固比、乙醇浓度、提取时间等因素。结果各因素的影响次序是液固比>提取温度>提取时间;最佳提取工艺为:乙醇体积分数为60%,液固比1∶25,提取温度70℃,提取时间3 h,提取1次。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行。Objective To optimize extraction process condition for total flavonoids in Xinhui dry orange peel. Methods On the basis of the single experimental factor, the optimized extraction condition on the basis of total flavonoids were determined by orthogonal design. Results The order of factors which affected the total flavonoids' extraction was: solvent quantity 〉 extraction temperature 〉 extraction duration; The optimum extraction conditions are extraction once with 60% ethanol, solvent ratio 1" 25 at 70℃ for 3 hours in water bath. Conclusion The method is simple, convenient, and accurate.
