摘　　要：本文根据中国人民银行广州分行人力资源变量的现状及其变化趋势,应用马尔可夫链预测其在未来三年期间内某个时间点上人力资源可能出现的状态,从而为中国人民银行广州分行人力资源管理提供可靠的理论依据。Based on the status quo and trend of the human resources variables of PBC Guangzhou Branch, this paper attempts to predict the conditions of its human resources at certain time within the next three years by applying the Markov Chain theory with a view to providing solid theoretical foundation for human resources management in PBC Guangzhou Branch.
