前列冲剂治疗BPH逼尿肌收缩力受损临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察前列冲剂治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)膀胱逼尿肌收缩力受损的临床效果。方法将BPH逼尿肌收缩力受损的45例患者随机分为治疗组(予前列冲剂治疗)30例和对照组(予通尿灵治疗)15例。8周后观察国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)、排尿症状对生活质量的影响(QoL)、残余尿量、尿动力学等变化。结果治疗8周后,I-PSS评分两组均有明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组改善较对照组明显(P<0.01);治疗组QoL与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组膀胱逼尿肌收缩力改善率为73.3%,综合疗效总有效率达到76.7%,显效率为33.3%,均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)结论前列冲剂对BPH膀胱逼尿肌收缩力受损有较好疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of Qianlie Granules on the contraction lesion of musculi detrusor vesicae induced by benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Method The patients with the contraction lesion of musculi detrusor vesicae （n=45） were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=30, treated with Qianlie Granules） and the control group （n=15, treated with Tongniaoling Tablets）. After 8 weeks the changes of the results of International Prostatic Symptom Score （I-PSS）, influence of miction on the quality of life （QoL）, residual urine volume （RUV） and urodynamics were observed. Result After treatment for 8 weeks, the changes of the results of I-PSS were obviously decreased in two groups （P〈O.05, P〈O.O1）, which were more significant in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. In the treatment group the difference of QoL change before and after the treatment was significant （P〈0.01）, and the improving rate of contraction of musculi detrnsor vesicae was 73.3 %, the total effective rate was 76.7 % and the effectual rate was 33.3 %. The outcomes of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Qianlie Granules has a better curative effect on the contraction lesion of musculi detrusor vesicae induced by BPH.
