摘　　要：目的了解目前护理人员健康评估理论知识及技能应用能力现状,并提出提高其健康评估能力的对策。方法采用问卷调查法对8家医院从事临床护理工作的186名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果护理人员健康评估能力知识得分为2～7分,合格率为18.8%。三级医院护理人员健康评估能力明显高于二级医院护理人员,高学历、高职称护理人员得分显著高于低学历、低职称护理人员(均P<0.05);健康评估能力得分在不同年龄、护龄、科室护士中的差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论护理人员健康评估能力有待进一步提高,加强护理人员的健康评估理论与技能培训尤为重要。Objective To learn nurses＇ theoretical knowledge and practical skill of health assessment, and to propose measures to improve their abilities of health assessment. Method A total of 186 clinic nurses from 8 hospitals were investigated by questionnaire. Results The nurses scored 2-7 on the test of health assessment and the passing rate the test was 18.8%. The ability of the nurses in Third Grade First Class Hospitals were significantly better than those in second ones （P 〈 0.05 ）;The score of nurses with high academic degrees and professional titles were higher than those with low degrees and titles （P〈 0.05）. And there were no significant difference among nurses＇ age, length of service and departments in which they worked（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the health assessment ability of nurses. Strengthening nurses＇ training of the health assessment knowledge and skill is of the greater importance.
