摘　　要：目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(narrow band ultravioletB,NB-UVB)治疗白癜风的临床疗效及护理经验。方法将158例患者随机分为治疗组86例和对照组72例。对照组单纯用适确得霜外搽皮损,治疗组用NB-UVB照射患处,每周3次,连续10 W。结果治疗组有效率为90.7%,对照组有效率为55.6%,两组治疗有效率比较,!2=25.6,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风疗效好,副作用少,值得在临床上推广应用,同时良好的护理工作对治疗本病具有积极的意义。Objective To evaluate the treatment for the vitiligo by narrow-band ultraviolet B. Methods A total of 158 patients with vitiligo were divided into two groups, with 86 in the treatment group and 72 in the control group. The two groups were treated with cream sicorten and narrow-band ultraviolet B respectively. Results The effectiveness of the two groups was 55.6% and 90.7%, respectively. There was difference in the effective rate of treatment between the two groups. Conclusions Narrowband ultraviolet B is a useful and well tolerated treatment for the vitiligo and the better nursing is also very important in the vitiligo treatment.
