摘　　要：实验对比研究了有机化蒙脱土(O-MMT)与放热型蒙脱土(E-MMT)在HDPE基体内的熔体插层行为。XRD测试表明,E-MMT具有更高的插层效率,而其复合材料也具有较好的力学性能。此外,系统表征了所制备的复合材料的结晶、流变行为,并探讨其与复合材料力学性能上的关系。The exothermal montmorillonite （E-MMT） was prepared and used in the melt intercalation of HDPE, with ODA modified montmorillonite （O-MMT） as the counterpart. E-MMT exhibited the better intercalation behavior, resulting in the better mechanical properties of the corresponding composite. The crystallization and rheological behaviors of the composites were systemically investigated, their relationship with the mechanical properties were discussed as well.
