摘 要:利用铁精粉造球和直接还原工艺制备了粒径为1~5 mm的多孔性球形海绵铁。对该球形海绵铁处理锅污染水体进行了静态实验研究,研究了水体pH值、固液比、振荡时间以及镉初始污染浓度对去除率的影响。实验结果表明:pH值是影响水体中镉去除率的重要因素。随着初始溶液pH增加,球形海绵铁对溶液中镉的去除率明显增加;固液比和振荡时间增加,水体中镉的去除率都有所增加;镉污染浓度低于200 mg·L^(-1)时,球形海绵铁对镉的去除率随着镉浓度的升高而逐渐降低;镉污染浓度高于200 mg·L^(-1)时,球形海绵铁对镉的去除率又呈现增加的趋势。Porous spherica sponge iron with 1-5 mm diameter was prepared by direct reduction process. Static experimental test,in which the spherical sponge iron was applied to dealing with water polluted by cadmium,were carried out to investigate the effect of pH. solid-liquid ratio, interactin time between sponge iron and solution and initial Cadmium pollution concentration in solution on the removal percentage of Cd. The results indicated that pH was an important influence factor on Cd removal from water. Cd removal percentage by spherical sponge iron increased distinctly with initial pH. Similarly, Cd removal percentage was also increased with solid-liquid rate and interaction time. The Cd removal percentage was gradually reduced with the initial concerttration of Cd in solution as the initial concentration was below 200mg·L^-1, wherease tile increasing tendency of Cd removal percent from solution as above 200mg·L^-1.
