摘 要:E维护,又称智能维护,是一种多方参与远程网络合作的设备维护模式,维护过程包含多种决策.决策的科学性是E维护成功的关键,因而研究E维护决策支持系统以提高决策水平很有必要.为此,本文提出一种面向设备E维护的群体决策支持系统(Em-GDSS),并开发了E维护原型系统.根据E维护特点,介绍了该系统的群体决策问题、备选方案和决策基本流程,详述了系统的框架结构和功能结构.最后,给出E维护应用案例的决策进程分析,论证了该支持系统的有效性.E-maintenance, or Intelligent maintenance, is a kind of equipment maintenance mode in which many partners cooperate on-line and make group decision for maintenance. Maintenance decision-making is vital to maintenance and requires decision support. In this paper, a group decision support system for E- maintenance (Em-GDSS) is presented and the development of an E-maintenance prototype system is repor- ted. According to the characteristics of E-maintenance, the decision problems, decision schemes and basic flow process of group decision in Em-GDSS are introduced, and the framework and the function structure of Em-GDSS are expatiated. Finally, the process analysis of Em-GDSS using in a case is given to demon- strate the validity of Em-GDSS.
